Question 10:	I've placed my order but haven't received my registration key, have I been robbed?
Answer 10:	No. ALL orders are filled manually usually within 30 minutes but we may take upto 2 working days as we sometimes go out and sometimes sleep. If you are using an email account that has a spam filter please check to see if your registration email has been filtered before sending angry emails.
