Question 9:	I enter my registration key but nothing happens?
Answer 9:	Make sure you are entering BOTH your user name and registration key EXACTLY as shown in the registration email, including spaces and capital letters. You then need to hit the Validate Key button. If in doubt copy the information from the email and paste it into the registration fields. If that doesn't work the key has been locked out due to a violation of the licensing terms.
