The software is also known to run on MACs using the Connectix® PC emulator, although this has not yet been subjected to our quality control system we believe it to be fully functional, if you know otherwise then please let us know. We have no plans to make a native MAC version at present, we may do in the future if we get enough requests to make it commercially viable. As with all Windows® software some compatibility issues can arise with respect to operating system components. The components that are relevant to the Virtual Fretboard include the Windows® common controls, Internet Explorer components and HTML help facilities. Before reporting problems please ensure you have the latest versions of all of these components. The easiest way to ensure this is to install Internet Explorer 5.5 or above or visit the Windows® update site. |
